The Wayne Polo | Black

Some shirts earn their place in your wardrobe because they simply get everything right. The Wayne Polo is our take on the perfect solid golf polo—clean, timeless, and incredibly comfortable. Named after one of Palmetto Clothing's earliest supporters and unofficial Chief Brand Officer, The Wayne represents everything our brand stands for: premium comfort, understated style, and apparel that's built for golf but worn everywhere. Whether you're playing your home course, heading to the office, or meeting friends afterward, this is the polo you'll reach for first.

Every golfer needs a black polo they can rely on, and The Wayne delivers exactly that. The rich black colorway offers unmatched versatility while our signature premium fabric provides lightweight breathability, moisture management, four-way stretch, and exceptional softness. If you've been searching for a premium black golf shirt mens golfers actually want to wear all day, you've found it.

Simple doesn't mean ordinary. The Wayne proves that some of the best golf apparel is built around timeless design and premium materials instead of flashy graphics. Dress it up for club dinners, wear it for competitive rounds, or throw it on for a night out—it looks right everywhere.

Every brand has that one person—the one who wears it better, talks about it louder, and somehow turns every room into a recruiting event. For us, that’s Wayne. One of our first ambassadors, our most vocal supporter, and the unofficial Chief Brand Officer (title self-appointed, but fully earned). So when it came time to name our solid (formerly CORE) polos, the decision was easy. The Wayne is everything he is—reliable, sharp, effortlessly put together, and always ready for wherever the day goes. It’s the kind of polo you reach for without thinking… and somehow ends up being the right call every time.

If you’re looking for a comfortable golf polo, a golf shirt for work and play, or one of the best men’s golf polos, this is it.
